Lex's First Dental Visit
Only Connor was scheduled to have his teeth cleaned and examined. Lex doesn't have any issues with his teeth, so the pediatric dentist we use prefers to start cleanings and exams around the age of 3 years old, so that the kids are more cooperative.
But, Connor does such a good job at the dentist, and makes it look like so much fun. Oh, and you know that Lex hates to be left out. Anything that Connor does, Lex wants to do, too. In this case, it was beneficial.
Once Connor's teeth were nice and clean, and he was dismissed from the chair, Lex said, "My turn!" and hopped right up. The hygienist was just planning to put the sunglasses on him and give him a ride in the chair, but after that, Lex said that he wanted his teeth brushed, too. So, she kept working on his teeth until he had done the whole cleaning!
Lex even sat in the chair again for the dentist to examine his teeth. The end result? They look good. And he is scheduled to have his teeth cleaned again in six months when Connor goes back.
P.S. I would be remiss if I didn't mention what a great job Connor did at the dentist, and that his teeth are perfect too. Right?

great job boys---funny thing is, my girls recently had dental appts, but didn't have many teeth for their appointments:D
Way to go Lex! Sounds like you have a good dentist. We need to take the boys to one as they were late in getting teeth and Ethan is missing one.
