June Monthly Mini-Build

We went to our local Lego hangout for the June Monthly Mini-Build earlier this week.  The boys wandered around the entire store, showing me exactly what they wanted for their birthdays.  This was relevant for Connor, because his birthday is in just a few weeks.  Lex did it too, mostly because it seemed like the thing to do at the time.

Here they are lusting after more Lego Hero Factory sets.  Connor really wants Black Phantom.  And Splitface.  And Toxic Reapa.  And Stormer, Rocka, Stringer, Breez, Nex and Bulk.  That's his wish list just for the Heroes!  He also wants sets from the Ninjago line, the new Monster line, and Star Wars.  Of course.

After we were done looking at every little box in the store, it was time to build our lawn mower model.  (Okay, fine.  We actually went and had dinner at California Pizza Kitchen first, while we were waiting for the line to stop being crazy long.  Then it was time to build our lawn mower model.)

Connor built his all by himself!  And I think he did a pretty good job, too.
