In which we go to the farm

We went to the Slate Run Living Historical Farm for preschool nursery rhyme day.

 My boys are silly.

This is known as a turkey-duck.
I'm not making that up.

 Petting the horses.

Lex petting a two-week old calf.

Connor didn't want to touch the calf.
I didn't make him.

Pigs are huge.
And smelly.

 Lex and Logan and turkeys.
Gobble, gobble!

We pumped water and then used it to water the garden.
That's not a job I envy anyone.

Connor was a pretty good sport about attending a preschool shin-dig, but he did make it clear that he was a kindergartner now, so we were there for Lex!

P.S.  We went to the farm last year, too.
