The End of Hostess

I know my kids are really going to miss Hostess for their Donettes.  They love the chocolate covered ones.



I probably shouldn't admit to it, but I let them eat a bag of these about once a week.  So this was a fairly common sight at our house.  But now it is photo worthy, because it may never happen again.

Already, on Friday night, our local grocery store had totally sold out of all Hostess products.  Gone.

Kevin did manage to find a stray box of cupcakes that had been left behind elsewhere in the store.  He bought them, of course.  The box lasted less than 24 hours in our house, and I didn't get a single bite.  They are gone now, too.

But we have some photos that will live forever:
