Alliums. Finally.

Kevin built me a flower garden for Mother's Day when Connor was one.  At the time, we didn't plant the allium bulbs that I wanted, because it was the wrong season.

Then I didn't plant them that fall because Lex had just been born.

Then I didn't plant them the following fall, or the one after that...

But last fall, the planets finally aligned, and I planted the allium bulbs I had been coveting for years.

And this spring, they bloomed!
