Let's go upstairs, shall we?
There is a center hallway running the length of the second floor. At the top of the stairs, behind me when I took this photo, is a huge walk in storage closet.
The door immediately to my left goes to the Study/Office.
There is a big walk in closet in this room, too.
The next door goes to Lex's Bedroom. He's got a big built-in desk with huge dresser drawers, and a large walk-in closet.
He really wanted Turbo bedding, but all I could find was a throw blanket and a character pillow. So we got that, and we also bought glow-in-the-dark outer space bedding.
This is Connor's Room:
Check out Connor's new NFL-themed bedding. He loves it! All 32 teams are there, and on the sheets.
His closet is the only one that isn't a walk-in, but it is definitely big enough for all of his clothes.
The Game Room is at the far end of the hallway.
I love having a table where we can set up homeschool stuff or board games and just leave them if we want to take a break and go downstairs and eat at the dining room table. We never have to clean up a game of Monopoly early again in order to eat dinner!
There is Lex's old twin mattress. We are going to buy a daybed for this room, but there are just so many choices! To trundle or not to trundle? Storage drawers in the bed for toys? Only time will tell, I suppose.
The kids have their own media center.
Those cabinets are full of board games.
The mirrored ceiling in the Game Room Bar is definitely from 1972, but I kind of like it.
It reminds me of my grandma's old house.
There is also a full bathroom upstairs.
This counter is definitely big enough for two sinks, and if we ever redo this bathroom, we will put two in.
Connor and Lex picked out this hexagon chevron pattern for this bathroom, and everyone here really likes it!
