In which we take Tik to the Vet for the First Time

Today we took Tik to the vet for the first time for his 9 week check-up.  He had previously had his 6 week shots, so we wanted to stay on the recommended schedule.  He was checked out and given a clean bill of health.

Connor took care of everything at the vet (except the bill), and I was very proud of him for talking to the vet and the nurse pretty much all by himself.  He is taking really good care of his dog.

We are going to have a trainer come to the house next week to work with Connor and Tik together so that Connor can learn how to train his puppy.  I'm really excited for that, but I think Connor is looking forward to it more than I am.
