In which we visit Keystone, South Dakota

Keystone was another wild west kind of tourist town.  You know, the ones that the western part of theme parks are modeled after?  Only it's not in a theme park.  It's the real thing.

Lex got tired of never being able to find his name on personalized things in tourist gift shops.  So, he finally decided that he wanted a sheriff badge that had his full name on it.  That there is Sheriff Alexander, y'all.

While we were in Keystone, we stopped for lunch at Teddy's Deli.  After all, Teddy Roosevelt is Connor's favorite president.  Also, they are supposed to be famous for their Reuben sandwiches.

I don't know if you can tell, but Connor hates pickles.

Look at that face he is making!  And he isn't even touching it with his bare skin!

This guy?  He likes pickles.  So do I, so I don't know where Connor gets it from.

We stopped at the fudge shop and got chocolate mint fudge.  And we went to the taffy shop and watched them make taffy.  We bought a few pounds of that, too.
