The first week, we deep fried our turkey.
The second week, we brined and deep fried our turkey.
This week, we weren't sure which one was better. So, we just deep fried it again.
And now we know.
Brined is better.
Now you know, too.
I made a pumpkin and brownie pie for dessert.
We also had green beans, rosemary vegetable gravy, beets, sweet potatoes, corn, and corn bread.
This week, I am thankful for my family and my home.
