Yes, you read that correctly.
Cuba, Missouri. It's pretty rural. So we were planning to camp, but Mother Nature had other plans, so we ended up staying in St. Louis in a hotel instead, and we drove back and forth between Cuba and St. Louis a handful of times.
But, Cuba. Let's talk about Cuba. It's known as "Mural City" because of all the murals painted on the buildings throughout the city. It's located along Route 66, which makes this our second stop along the historic Route 66 this year. Also, it's home of the World's Largest Rocking Chair. I'm not making this up. There are photos as proof.
(And here is when I discover that I have *unbelievably* used all the photo storage available on my blog...and must leave you to find a new way to show you these fabulous photos! Stay tuned!)
