Easter Arts & Crafts

Now presenting, in one place for the very first time, all the arts and crafts projects we did for Easter 2018!!!!   Yaaaaay!!

First, we made terrariums.

We actually ended up doing this one twice.  The first time, I warned them that if they mixed all the colored sand together, it would turn brown.  They mixed them until they turned brown, because of course they did.  So, they asked if we could get another set and try again.  I'm obviously a sucker.

Then, we dyed Easter Eggs.

Here we see the master egg artist hard at work.

We used two egg dye kits.  One was pirate themed, and the other one was Star Wars themed.  It is my personal opinion that the pirate stuff was the winning kit.

Finally, the boys colored these wooden bunny ornaments that Nana sent them for Easter.  Lex hung his on his basket for a while, but they are all hanging in the kitchen windows now.
